Returns

If you have received the correct order but are unsatisfied with the item, I am happy to assist you with returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your purchase. Please read our return policy below for more details:

Exchanges and Shipping:

  1. Hidden In Plain Sight does not cover the shipping cost for money back returns.
  2. Hidden In Plain Sight does not cover the shipping cost for store credit.
  3. Once we receive your request, your return will be processed within 7 - 10 business days.

Returns for Money Back Refund:

  • We do not cover the shipping cost for money back returns.
  • Products must be in pristine, undamaged condition, and must have the original instruction manuals still attached. No exceptions.
  • If the item shows any signs of wear, a money back refund will not be provided, and you will be given store credit instead.
  • If the item passes all verification checks your order will be refunded, minus 5% for processing fees.

Exchanges and Store Credit:

  • We do not cover the shipping cost for store credit.
  • Products must be in pristine, undamaged condition with their original instruction manuals attached, and should be returned in their original packaging.
  • We cannot accept items covered in animal/human hair, products with a scent of smoke, or any kind of stains or damage.
  • All items marked as "Final Sale," "Sale," those purchased during holidays, or products released as part of a limited drop are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Order Cancellations: To account for the costs associated with processing and restocking canceled orders at our warehouse, we apply a 10-15% cancellation fee.

Initiating an Return/Exchange: To start the return or exchange process,  please contact us at ryan@hiddeninplainsight.shop and include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Name on the order
  • Email used for the order
  • Reason for your return and photo of the item.

Status of Your Return or Exchange: If you have already initiated a return, exchange, or store credit request through our online process, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. We will email you to confirm the status once the return is processed.

Incorrect Item: If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at ryan@hiddeninplainsight.shop and include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Name on the order
  • Email used for the order
  • Photo of the incorrect item and packing slip. Upon confirming that you received the wrong item, I will create a return label for you, and you will be shipped the correct item within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Item: If you have received a damaged or defective item, please email ryan@hiddeninplainsight.shop and provide the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Name on the order
  • Email used for the order
  • Your request (refund or send another product?)
  • Photograph clearly showing the damaged area of the item, taken on a flat surface with the error clearly displayed. We will use this information to assist you with your order and ensure that similar errors are prevented in future printing.

Lost Packages: If more than 7 days have passed and the tracking on your order has not been updated, please email me at ryan@hiddeninplainsight.shop and we will reach out to the courier to try to find your package. If they are unable to locate your package we will send you a complete replacement free of charge, or refund your order, whichever you prefer.

Shipped to Wrong Address: If the shipping address was input correctly on my end (from what you provided me when placing your order) we will not be responsible for any mistakes you made when providing your shipping address. If we input your address incorrectly (from what you provided me when placing your order) we will send you a complete replacement free of charge, or refund your order, whichever you prefer.

If we input your address correctly (from what you provided me when placing your order) and you enter your address correctly when placing your order, but the shipping courier sends it to the wrong address, we will send you a complete replacement free of charge, or refund your order, whichever you prefer.

Stolen Packages: If the tracking on your order confirms that it has been delivered, but you have not received the package and are unable to find it, the first step is to wait a bit longer. Sometimes the shipping couriers accidentally mark a package as delivered before they deliver it. If a 7 days have passed since since your order was marked as delivered and you still do not have your package, it will be considered stolen. Unfortunately we are not able to offer any refunds or replacements for stolen packages, so please be mindful and select a safe address for your order to be delivered to.
